CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
If you have a change of heart regarding your purchase, please send us an email at service@artgiftgarden.com, providing your order number and the modification you wish to make. We'll confirm once the modification or cancellation is completed.
Your order is only eligible for cancellation and modification within 2 hours. After that period, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled anymore.
Please be informed that:
Personalized Orders are locked for processing immediately after the order is placed, so it's impossible to make any adjustments. Please double-check all details before finalizing the order.
We cannot guarantee prompt delivery of your order if it requires modification, as it will take us significantly longer to ensure the change is made with the manufacturer during this holiday season.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that making a purchase implies accepting all the terms mentioned above.
REPLACEMENT OR RETURN
Since our products are custom-printed and unique, we only accept returns and replace your order if the item you received has a significant problem.
Within 30 days of receiving the orders, you need to request or notify us about the return or replacement of the order due to the following major reasons:
The products have been broken or damaged.
The print quality is unclear or not the same as the pictures on our website.
Different design or size from your order.
For personalized products, if you provide poor-quality pictures (smaller than our required resolution) or misspell the custom name, we are not responsible for compensation. Please check our example in the custom box to ensure your final request before placing the order. We appreciate your attention.
Please be informed that our products are made-to-order and manufactured based on market demand; thus, they are not always available items. Also, the advertised images may slightly differ from the actual items in color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display. Therefore, please allow a 20% difference between the advertised images and the actual item you receive.
If the problem is significant, we may choose to replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable time. In this case, the product may remain at the customer's disposal.

Order number
Video or photo of the defective product
If your claim is related to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
If your claim is regarding a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of the affected garments.

If you request a refund (which is highly improbable because you'll love our products), please send the item back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 working days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer providing the incorrect address:
We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender (as all the items would be destroyed as soon as they return to the manufacturer's warehouse)
